“Angels Armory”, Transparent Venture House is a venture house that is transparent to society.
The official launch of these projects is planned in 2025.
Supporting startups from idea to entering the international market (for the purpose of private support for the activities of the Ministry of Digital Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan)
Development of the creative industry (for the purpose of private support for the activities of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Kazakhstan)
Support for IT projects of university graduates (for the purpose of private support for the activities of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan)

President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev emphasized the importance of state support for private initiatives in the development of innovative infrastructure for IT and creative industries. Therefore, we express our readiness to actively cooperate and strive to fulfill the relevant tasks assigned to us by the state authorities of the country.
Today, the attention of the entire planet is directed to the world of IT technologies. Innovation has become the engine of human evolution and a catalyst for the economic progress of the state.
Now, IT is not only the fastest growing industry in the world, but also a source of incredible opportunities and super profits.
Kazakhstan is becoming the largest regional player in the IT market.
The country's IT industry has been growing by 35 percent annually for seven years in a row. Exports of domestic IT developments have grown 20-fold over the past 3 years, and some media headlines have dubbed IT as the new oil for Kazakhstan.
The engine of the national IT industry, led by the international technology park “Astana Hub”, is “Most Hub”, “Tech Garden”, “Tech Hub AIFC” and “Smart Point”.
More than 180 thousand specialists work in the IT field; on behalf of the Head of State, another 100 thousand will be trained by 2025.

According to research from the World Economic Forum, investments in digital technologies can increase a country's GDP by 2% annually. According to an analysis by McKinsey & Company, the development of the IT sector contributes to the creation of an impressive number of new jobs and increased incomes in all sectors of the economy in the region.
Silicon Valley in California, USA, is considered one of the largest IT hubs in the world and makes a significant contribution to the global economy. Estimates show that about 25% of all startups in the United States are created here, and the share of California's GDP driven by innovation is more than 30%. Similarly, IT hubs in Shenzhen (China) and Bangalore (India) help attract international investment and develop high-tech industries in these countries.

"Angels Armory" is a transparent venture fund that unites domestic and foreign business angels.
Transparent means that the selection of startups for incubation and acceleration programs, their further development within our walls and subsequent financing will be completely open and accessible to the public.
We will hold startup fairs, where city citizens and investors can come on special days. If supported by the city leadership and relevant ministries, an amphitheatre will be created for the presentation of projects with LIVE broadcast on our media channel.
Our goal is to support national talent, commercialise their developments and bring competitive startups to a global market with an audience of 2 billion people.
In the coming years, Angels Armory sets itself the task, in collaboration with funds already successfully operating in Kazakhstan, to make a significant contribution to the development of a culture of venture investment in society following the example of the United States.

The facility is located in the most prestigious center of the “Golden Square” of Almaty at the intersection of the city’s main avenues: Abylaikhan and Abay.
The building is located in the epicenter of the cultural and business environment of the metropolis, next to the central library, Russian drama theater, restaurants, coffee shops, fashionable boutiques and park areas.
Particular attention was paid to the seismic resistance of the facility: the building is reinforced with additional frame reinforcement on each floor, armored rooms with 60 cm thick walls, Russian-made reinforcement with a diameter of 28 mm and special chemical-resistant concrete are used for the reinforced concrete frame. Considering the recent earthquakes that have agitated the city's residents, we are proud to call this facility one of the most earthquake-resistant buildings in the country.
For all working projects there are examinations, conclusions and tests of the City Architecture and State Expertise. For load-bearing elements, supervision was carried out by the Almaty Akimat company, the general contractor was AlmatyGorStroy.
Taking into account the location of the object in the historical and cultural center, the building project was implemented under the leadership of the Akimat and the Chief Architect of the city. All A+ class façade materials are delivered from Germany, China and Korea. Some of the best architects in Europe were involved in the design of the facility, which fully corresponds to the innovative appearance of the new IT hub.
